Our whole job is to turn a design into a part you can build with.

Fantomatic is a custom manufacturing and integration partner for electronic-product components. We don't build finished devices, and we're not simply a raw-material supplier. Our role is to turn your designs, drawings, material requirements and quality standards into finished components — ready to enter your assembly line.

Processed, printed, laminated, inspected and packaged — a part that can be assembled, inspected, traced, and carried through to mass production.

Precision printing

Logos, graphics, black borders, masking layers, light-transmission areas, IR windows and deadfront effects. It isn't only placing a pattern on a surface — it's controlling appearance, colour, light transmission, opacity and batch-to-batch consistency.

Die-cutting & lamination

Films, adhesives, foams, foils and release liners converted into defined shapes and integrated multi-layer structures — for insulation, cushioning, waterproofing, shielding, fastening and assembly positioning.

CNC forming & profile cutting

Rigid materials — glass, PMMA, PC — brought to the required outline, hole positions, edges and assembly dimensions. On a cover lens or a panel, dimensional accuracy and surface appearance both matter.

Cleaning, inspection & packaging

Cleaning, protective-film application, inspection and packaging — so each component ships in a controlled condition: surfaces clean, dimensions to drawing, optical areas stable, and adhesive structures ready for your downstream assembly.
